Couldn't that also be if it was running fat? Would that be the pilot, needle, or main jet that is running lean to cause that first hesitation?

It only stays on when the gas is Being touched

I have had problems with the throttle switch cutting off the motor if the TORS idle is out of sync.

You may need to adjust the idle screw so that the slide gets lifted up a little to sustain idle.

The prob would lie firstly with the pilot and/or air screw.

If it was running fat I feel that it might stutter before it hesitated, from what I could hear, it sounded like an abrupt hesitation.

The reason why I wont stay running may be the idle screw not adjusted up enough.

I was the one on the quad in the vid. There was no hesitation in the throttle. Response was great. Problem is that was first time it was started after rebuild. We havent adjusted the idol or fuel mixture screw yet. And I'm pretty sure the toes is removed. Injector is working. Exhaust has smoke coming out with blue in it

Also it was backfiring. Don't know why. Believe like I said in vid. Felt like it is getting to much air. And after watching again. Motor has little hesitation but throttle does not

It is recommended that any fresh rebuilds have a leakdown test performed, to make sure everything is air tight.

A small air leak can cause serious problems.
