New to 2 strokes

I just bought a blaster and so far I am really impressed with the get up and go it has. I have always ridden 4 strokes in the past and was wondering if riding a 2 stroke was any different? I have heard that you need to keep the RPM's up a lot more and not let them get as low as I have with my 4 stroke dirt bike. Any other tips to riding a blaster would also be welcomed. This forum seems very good from what I have seen. Thanks

welcome to the forum, and the 2 strokes do like to rev out a little more than the 4 strokes, its a little different riding them, you just have to learn how to keep it on the pipe

idleing them may foul the plug now and then but just make sure you let them warm up before you realy rap on them
