Hi folks, I've been researching the Yamaha Blaster for a few weeks and keep coming across posts on this forum so thought I should bite the bullet and join! I'm a semi-retired English guy living on a small Quinta (farm) in rural central Portugal and decided to get a moto 4 (as they're known here) to access my land and have some fun, my old John Deere tractor just doesn't cut it! I raced enduro for a few years, (many years ago) back in the UK (mainly Honda XR's & Yamaha TT's) so am no stranger to getting dirty. I decided on the Blaster because it's a relatively simple engine and the whole vehicle seems straightforward. I'm picking my 2000 model up later today, funny how you can still get excited at 54 years old!
