New Blaster Owner

Hey, a buddy and I just got a 2000 blaster.
Runs great, but the previous owner said the bottom end would probably need rebuilt soon. Is there any way of diagnosing how soon it would need rebuilt? Also, I didn't see a diy for a bottom end rebuild. How hard are they to do?

the bottom ends are pretty simple just like the top! just split the cases and lay everything out neatly and take your time and you'll have no problems! http://www.rydindirty.com/blastermanual.pdf download this and use it whenever you may have a problem! it is very helpful at times!!!

Kewl, I'm fairly competent when it comes to mechanics, so I don't think it will be a problem. I hope.

We got the quad yesterday afternoon and I had found the link to that manual by yesterday evening. Thanks for posting it up though. A FSM ALWAYS helps in a pinchB-)
