Need to vent

So I ordered a bow two modays ago and they said probably by that weekend they would have it. Now its two weekends later and I call them they are like we should have had that by now so he goes I will call monday and see what the deal is. I told my mom and she laughed and said they should have called before this and found out what the deal is and not waited for you to call them. So now unless my bow is like a day from being there I am going to get my down payment of $360 dollars and going some place else. Thats not the way to treat a first time costomer. I am just venting.

What I am thinking of doing is saying since you f*ckers put me through sh*t would you upgrade me to the camo riser. I cheaped out and bought the black riser instead of the camo it was like $30 for camo thats like a bow case. If they don't upgrade me I am going to say then I will be over in about a half and hour to pick up my down payment and I will go somewhere else.
