Need to identify this carb part

Where does this go in the carb got it in a carb rebuild kit already had a no ring on the air screw so where does it go??

When I rebuilt mine that o-ring was not used either. I was thinking maybe on the plunger. I know there's a o-ring you replace on the a/s.

it goes on the choke plunger. take a wrench and screw it out. then pull it out, doesnt just slide out iirc. give it a little tug and boom
