need some input on these polaris 250 trailblazer problems

i know that alot of people hate these machines but i dont wanna hear about that, i just bought this bike to repair and sell so help a brother out.the guy did and oil injection block off and rebuilt the top end. started it up rode it down the street and this it was happend to the piston. what are some things that could cause this so i can rebuild the bike and this not happen again till i sell it.

also he had this blocked off and didnt know what it was and it if needs to be hooked up to something.

again i only want helpful input in this thread not a bunch of molarky.
 
piston looks mayber like there was some debree that was in the cylinder that wasnt cleane dout.. or small pieces of the old piston that were in the case and got stucked up with the fuel...

as for the barb that blocked off... with out having a stocker to look at im not sure
 
That could be where the oil injection tube went. Thay is the intake side correct? I dont know much about the trail boss. But a friend of mine has one I will ask him if he knows.

yea i looked down into the case and there are piston shavings in there. do u need to split the case and clean all those out?also idk if you can see in the picture but around the edges on the top of the piston little pieces of the actual piston chipped off.

yea its the intake side but would there be to places for the oil to be injected bc it looked like he blocked off a intake tube into the carb as well.

you might be able to turn the motor upside down and flush it out. not sure.. or take it to a machine shop and have it cleaned out
