i need the stock oil resevoir for the blaster... i have a 96 blaster... the one i have is cracked and leaks.......need new one... let me know if you have one and how much with shipping included.. thanks Kasey

dude do the right thing and send vitos your 15$ for the oil block off kit. very easy to install. will save you engine problems in the future

no dont send vitos your 15, its 30 anyways for the block off kit. but if your going to block off your oil injection theres no need for the kit, do it yourself and rig it up your own way.

Theres DIY's on here for doing it yourself but i dont like the ways they have you doing it. There methods lead to problems. I know the correct and safe way to block off without a kit.

and no u cant remove the oil sending unit with out putting a plate over it because u will leak all ur trans fluid out. and some will tell u just unhook the lines from pump but as small as hp number may be that pump doesnt spin by itself. and eventually it will come apart without oil in it. and last but not least the cleanliness. get the kit
i see. Yea the guy i got my bike from had allready done it, i just wasnt sure exactly what all he did.
so a 32:1 mix is best? ive seen a coulpe guys go a lil higher.

blasterbitch, its called dismantling the oil pump, not rigging it. Please, save the 30 bucks and put it towards something else. theres no need for that kit.
please dont come and try and test me with this. Ive had mine dismantled properly for a veryyyyyy long time, ive never had anything break which nothing is going to, never had any oil problems, and its very very clean!

I understand completely how the oil injection system works, when you know that you can figure out how to bypass it without harm to your blasty. If you use my method and steps, you not only save 30 bucks but you save the 30 knowing its safely done, and NOTHING BAD can HAPPEN.

if the pump dont work or spin no more, the pump cant break from the no oil in it issue. You are very correct when you say with no oil in the pump it will eventualy break, well if the pump and everything inside of it is no longer spinning or functioning at all, then that cancles out the no oil in it, pump breaks part.
Shoot me a pm and id be glad to throw my method at you. Maybe next time you go and block off the oil inj. you too can save yourself some money and still know youve done it perfectly safe.

actualy one last thing before i go and block you out..... about the "buy some real parts" i just stripped down the blaster yesterday with blastermaster, ill be posting up pictures of my project as it goes along, take a peek when they are up, youll see some REAL PARTS.
