Need help

When i have top end off with spark plug it kicks over great..but when i bolt down it act like it dont want to kick over..piston just goes up once but whwn i have off it goes up a few times with one kick..

The one it says i supposed to have Cant remember name but i bought 3 different kind...i do t think its plug its the top part of jug..when i bolt that down the piston it acts like its hard to move .But before it crunk once n ran fir a min

Is it a new piston? What brand piston is it? Was the cylinder bored to fit this piston? Do you know what size it is? When you get near the maximum bore on a stock cylinder the head gasket hangs into the cylinder and the piston hits it.

I dont know size n guy i bought it off of said it was used but still good he said he broke a few things in bottom end so he took off end n sold to me..the first day i got it ro start but it was ticking so i took top end off n put back on thats when i started having issues..and i seen where it waa doing that with gasket so i put new gasket in ..the piston look burnt and the rings still good i took rings off my warped piston n put on used piston

Can i split this case n start from scratch i have an old case from my old blaster i bought off guy where piston rod broke inside

the rod sh0uld only touch the case with the top end off, once complete the piston in the bore holds it away from touching the cases.
I can't tell whats going on from the video
try to find someone local who could help you in person ?

My opinion is that you have a mismatch of parts. You have no idea what size the cylinder, piston, or rings are (at least from what I've read).
Are the alignment dowels in the case or bottom of the cylinder?

Maybe if was a stroker? I know at least with a Vito's you have to at least check it. I had to massage my cases for it. However, I don't see the blue stuffer blocks. Plus there would either have to be a spacer plate or modified head which would be noticable.

U nailed it right on head i dont know sizes i was given these parts..i got it to crank once but it had pinging so i took off top end n checked sat piston down n son accidentally ran over with riding mower so i had extra piston same size i just put the new rings on..
