my son has a 90cc scrambler. i replaced everything from the reed cage out, including a koso race intake w/ koso 2-stage reeds, keihin pe24 carb and uni 2-stage air filter. it has the stock exhaust. i run 32:1 yamalube.

i am pretty sure i need to change my main jet, but i'm not sure which way to go. here's what happens. when it has been warmed (does it when cold, but we'll go with warm for now) it will respond great to anything less than 1/2 throttle. if you try to give it more than 1/2 throttle it bogs down and will die out. i have pulled the plug and it is wet. the keihin carb has a #115 main jet. how low should i go to get good response through the range of the throttle for my setup? #100? #90?

you are right there is. i am kicking myself for not checking before i asked. now i need to find someone who sells an entire kit from #90 - #112
