your lookin at the wrong spot. its on the crank shaft, not the clutch shaft or whatever you want to call it. and from the looks of it, that seal looks right.
I used a small screw to pull out my old seal. Make sure that your replacing the crankshaft seal. you will have to either bend that retainer gaurd back or use something to take the retainer screw off with. replace the seal with the lettering on the out side.
ya, 5 min after i posted it i realized it...lol I felt so damn stupid...but anyways, i got the seal out, 1/2 at a time....it seperated, and was pretty ragged out. I put it all back together....and the clutch pressure plate broke. Its the center hole where the rod slides through....So Im going tomorrow to pic up a new plate...15 dollars off craigslist,
