hello i need ure help guys..... im installing a 90 over forged piston in my blasty the rest of my bike is stock what am i going to need to change to run this 90 over bore size?

-thank you much apreciated

If your blaster doesn't require that large of a bore to clean up the cylinder I don't recommend doing it. You will likely have some overheating issues with such a thin sleeve and will loose a lot of life in your cylinder, you only get so many bores before they are garbage. What bore is it on currently? You will need to have it bored/honed and run a larger diameter head gasket to run that bore. I also recommend haveing some head work done as the stock head is set up for a 67.5mm max bore. The headwork is somewhat optional as the blaster has a positive deckheight so the piston won't even come close to touching it.

the reason i am going to run a 90 over setup is because i bought the bike with a blown piston, i took the cyclinder off to inpect it and found the cyclinder to be very bored i measured it with the digital caliper and it measured 68.013 mm so...... what should i do? im not really trying to spend an arm and leg on the bike dont really have too much extra cash right now so what do u recommend?
=thank you
