I have a 2004 blaster with full fmf gld series,k&n air filter, vitos 240 big bore kit, hot rods Crank and bearings, jetted. Running 91 octane at 32:1 semi syncthic. Just rebuild the bike was working amazing!! Went for a 3 hour drive everything was going good then the bike just died in 3 gear( drove the bike very easy first tank of gas to allow break in) . And now won't start at all. Just back fires. It was new plug lots of spark, lots of compression, air filter is clean and fmf pipe is clean. Would it be the t.o.r.s.??

does it have a stock clutch perch?
if it does it might be the parking break messing up.follow the wires down and unplug it
woodruff key might have broke on flywheel allowing it to spin out of timing.
possible that it has an airleak and it fryed your top end.
can you get an actual compression reading?

Look at your plug or possibly throw another one in. Check reeds. 3 hours can do a lot to plug if yer rich.

If you have lots of compression, and lots of healthy blue spark, the problem could lie with fuel.

Is it flooding?

Is there fuel in the tank?

Have you done a leak test?

Have you checked the reeds?
