modding under $1000

i'm 15, 5'10 and about 175. i need to know what the cheapest things i can put into a blaster that has a 240 kit on it to make it haul my fat ass as fast as possible for under 1 grand. i'm looking for overall hp, top speed and acceleration. let's get some answers, here.
