LRD Exhaust

Afternoon all:

Trying to fix the GF's son's machine. This Blaster is built to the gills. Somehow he managed to completely blow out the guts of his silencer. I'd like to repack it, but I need the inner part(s). Unfortunately I can't seem to find anyplace online that sells LRD exhaust parts. Any ideas?

You can call them to see if they can sell just that part. You may have to buy a new silencer.

I would say just get a new silencer, I dont think anyone sells anything inside except packing.

Just go cheap, FMF power core2. Most people have those, I like mine...

It's the guy that started LRD before it closed up.

The inner part is just a tube with a bunch of holes drilled in it.Does he still have the end cap? A bag of fmf 2 stroke silencer packing is $7.95 and will do atleast 2 silencers.One option would be to go on ebay and look for any cheap 2 stroke aftermarket silencer,fmf,pro circuit,etc and take the tube/guts out and use that.

I'm thinking the same thing. I may just make my own "inner tube" (everything else is there), and buy aftermarket packing.

you can pop rivet the silencer when you get it apart and just buy some moose packing material pretty much the same stuff as fmf but a tad cheaper.
