Long live the YZ125

I think I'm gonna be ending up with a 2002 Yamaha YZ125 with a brand new motor, FMF Fatty, Brand new Yamaha Plastic w/ Boost Mobile/ Monster Energy Graphics, Fastway Platform pegs, and a/m skid plate. He is asking $1600 but I'm gonna see if he would do a trade for a 2004 Honda 400ex with cash on top of his bike. I'm asking $2250 and i think I should at least get $600 + the YZ. What do you guys think.
