Yamaha YFS 200 Blaster YFA Breeze White LED License Plate Tag Bolt Lights | eBay would i be able to put these on my blaster and how if so ?

yea theyll work, just wire them up to the existing light wires.

but do i hook up red with red and then ground the black wire to the frame ?

Yup, wire them in parallel, red to red, connect to existing wire.

They should have an internal rectifier in them as Blasters electricals are AC.

They should work even if you connect them incorrectly.(red to ground)
