ok so im buying yamaha28's bottom end, everythings new... but the seals leak 1 psi per minute.. am i going to have to replace the brand new seals??

I was going to check the collar when I get it.
YES on which ever seal is leaking! IF they are new and the other side isn't leaking no need to change it, cept for practice!
if it is leaking at the collar you don't have to replace any seals. unless it is between the collar and seal. if it is between the collar and crank, that can be fixed
