Im just completing the rebuild on my wifes 94 blaster, and the strangest thing. I kicked the bike over 10-15 times, and the kicker is stuck down. Well its not stuck down, I can lift it up, but the spring doesnt seem to be returning it to its normal position? So I took the clutch side cover off, and the spring had come out of its perch, and slipped down against the gears. I put it back into the perch, and its now doing it every time I kick it once, any ideas, on why that might be?
