OK, got my mule to breathe. Uber rich to say the least. I think they make jets down to like 60 for the 34mm PJ. I am at a 140 now and it is just puking gas and white smoke. Choke off, twisted all the way down and I can put the air needle anywhere and seems to do nothing. Until now not a biggy. I did the warm up and cool down thing. It seems like all the motors that use the 34mm PJ in this range of cc's (240) want a 120 to 160. I would of thought a 140 wiould be a little rich, but...

This thing will idle through a 1/4 tank of gas in about 3-5 minutes.

It also won't idle, I have the throttle adjusted all the way to the last thread and still need to move the throttle a half inch or so to maintain an idle. The plunger whether closed or screwed out does nothing.

My thoughts are the main jet is way too friggin' big.

The floats are good, she don't leak, no air leaks, bowl seals, slide seems fine.

My thoughts are to drop the jet size down, but by the amount of fuel, I'm under a size 100.

What do folks figure?

I was batting around chucking the Mik. back on 'cause I got a blue million jets for it.

Anybody know of a way to correlate flow from a 28mm Mik. to 34mm Keihin by jet size?
