yes you should get a new pipe and remove your headlight and shell look beautiful!! haha buts thats just my opinion..

krylon fusion would be the best for the plastics
and to remove the oil injection just buy a block off kit or look up how to remove it in th DIY section here

if i were you while you were painting the plastics i would get some black grill paint and paint the exhaust that would make it look alot better
