hey guys i got the day off of school today and i just got to wondering about my blaster. it's going to need a new top end and maybe some work in the bottom because we found piston shrapnel down in the crank.... anyway since i've already got some engine work to do i was wondering if i should do a little something extra while she's torn down. i just would like a guide to engine mods like i've heard of big bore kits, honing, boring, porting, sleeving, and more... i'd like to know what all of these mean and how much they would cost as well as the pros and cons for each... thanks!I:I

Well that would be a long explanation. Lets narrow it down a little bit. What is your budget? Once you have established your budget we can steer you in the right direction. Also provide a list of current mods, if any.
my budget?ummmm cheap lol and the only mods i got that would effect the motor are a K&N air filter (which i will likely replace with a foam moose or twin air). i will most likely get an exhaust in the near future too probly a toomey or dmc alien.I:I
If I were you I go first for the exhaust and some reed then I will go for the porting and some more engine mods.
X2^^^^^ Most peoples budget is tight. I would get the pipe and jets first. Then I would advance the timing (Free, look in DIY section). Then I would save for porting and head mod. After that get yourself a set of reeds.
