I have a 06 blaster with a vito 240 big bore kit and fmf power core 2 gold seriea pipes not sure on the boring and something about over sized piston or something i bought it off a friend im not sure whats all done just put a mikuni vm 28 flatslide carb on and it wont start i was wondering what size jets about id need and a start point for the air screw i could use some pointers thanks

Air screw out 1 1/2 turns, depending on any other modifications to breathing or oil ratio, you could be in the realm of #270 upward.

You need to leak test, adjust float level, set idle and plug chop to confirm the jetting.
