I Bought ThE FMf Jet Kit. Its Been Bored Over And I WIll Soon Have A FUll Fmf Exhaust. My Question Is It Says To RuN A 220 Jet For Stage One. But Why Do That When The Stock Jet Is A 220. Should I Use A Bigger Jet That Came On The kit

What size carb you have?

stock main jet is a 230

You should have 260/270 in there for stock carby

only buy genuine mikuni jets. fmf will be a different size than genuine and probably wont be good for you motor

When fitting the FMF you may need to know the following

FMF only #260 main jet
Aftermarket filter + 1 or 2 sizes
Air box lid off + 2 sizes
Premix 32:1 +1 size
Any more breathing mods ++

Needle in middle slot.

Plug chop to confirm jetting.

Some info on stock main jetting.
Blasters supplied to cooler climates come with factory fitted #230 main.
Blasters supplied to warmer climates are factory fitted with a #220 main.

Elevation, temperature and humidity do have some bearing on optimum jetting, play it safe, check that you are jetted for your conditions.
