i just changed the needle and when i started it and revved it and it revved high and wouldnt stop revving high... then i found a washer that goes on the top of the carb and i didnt finish putting it back together... i was wondering if that washer could have been that cuased the problem.... i have a 360 main and new needle 2 clip from top

could be that washer??? which one??? the rubber one under the cap, or the little white ones on top and under the needle????
and also could be the slide wasnt installed with the notch lining up with the little pin inside the slide barrel, which caused it to hang up when throttled???
