jetting please help

I am having a problem with my jetting
I have a 290 main jet, stock pilot,vitos jet kit needle with 3rd position, and the air screw is 2.25 turns out.
It runs ok but once i get on the gas the engine slightly bogs and once i get to wot its very powerul



My Mods
Dynoport high volume pipe and silencer
K and N filter
airbox lid removed

try lowering the needle or maybe putting the stock one back in

That pipe is made more for top end im pretty sure. Also you might be runnin a lil rich so when you get on it the gas may flood tell the rpm's get up the to burn it. BUt like i said do plug chops!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is no other way to really tell

wouldnt lowering it make it richer makeing it bog even more

lowering the needle will keep it in the main jet longer and make it leaner through the middle of the throttle position. that vitos needle is smaller and is richer than stock.
