going to do a stock rebuild on my yfs200, piston 66mm, stock carb, stock jets, but! I have a new fmf exhaust silencer, but stock header pipe, and I put an air filter direct to the carb. I eliminate the air box totaly. sealevel. 40 °C. I'll need rejet? what u recommend

Yes you will need to rejet, but im not sure what size.

Do you have a pod filter on the carb? i assume so since you removed the airbox.

Is the filter foam or paper element (k&n) ?

I found that when I fitted a pod filter directly on the carb that I needed to increase the main jet by 3 sizes.

If everything is stock then do a plug chop with a 270 main to be on the safe side.

You may need to plug chop the needle, it may pay to drop the clip one slot.

A word of warning, if your air filter is paper you cannot use it fitted directly on the carb it will get saturated with fuel and may deteriorate.
