Jetting for 34 on a 240?

I have Vito's 240 big bore kit on my 06 blaster, B1 Toomey exhaust,Timing+4,K&N with lid off,VForce3 Reeds. I just bought a 34mm keihnin carburetor and manifold, and im wondering what i should put in it for jetting if i ride oregon dunes (sea level)?

on mine vitos 240. same carb and pipe with clamp on filter 160 main not sure on the rest
