Hi bit off a different topic but was cleaning my grandads shed out with him today and came across 2 rolex watches just emailed pictures to a guy and he is certain they are real so might be in the money for once!lol amazing what you find in a garage thats been sitting full of stuff for over 30 years! haha

I'd keep the watches , but I'm a watch guy so thats my .02 !!!! I can't afford 99% of the watches I want , but I do enjoy a nice timepiece . I have been eyeballing a GIANT Diesel brand watch , its 225.00 at Nordstroms and man is it huge , has a sweet Black on Black with carbon mixed in and makes my arm look small . I like new and old stuff . I have a small collection and generally only buy something that is old or unique . I have a very old rolex from my dad , he bought it in vietnam in 1965 , it is loaded with diamonds and rubies and is solid gold . LOL I never wear it in fear I'll damage it and I'd be pissed . He bought it for get this $5.00 , lol the other problem is the strap is kinda small for my wrist , but the little gem still ticks like the day he bought it .

ah these have been in a box for ages and they will need a good clean but not entirely sure if they are real or if they are working but going to pop to jewelers tomorrow and see if they can tell me for sure the watches are at least 40 years old anyway as grandad had them before he moved into the house we are in just now and that was 35 years ago

turned out watches were copies lol so there back in box
