first kick it turns on and just revs without touching the throttle and i need to use the kill switch, is my slider to high up, how do i adjust it, i made sure everything was tight and the gas button moves nice and smooth like it did when before and the needle goes down the jet.

you can adjust the position of the slide by turning the idle speed adjuster.
if you pull your seat off right under the point where the seat and gas tank meet, there's a knurled knob w/ a slot in it. this controls the level of the slide, and in turn the idle speed.
turn it clockwise to increase speed and counter clockwise to decrease speed.
once you've adjusted the idle speed to the level you want, you have to make some fine tuning adjustments to the air screw. most likely you'll need to turn it in, but there's no way of knowing till you try it. listen to the engine speed as you turn it, you want it to be as high as you can get it w/ the air screw.
then check the plug to make sure the mix looks good.

This is what i need to adjust but i dont know exactly what u mean by where it is, can some 1 send me a link with the pics or take any pics will be great, i turned the air screw in all the way and it just revs still

why were you messing with the jet needle clip?? I think that is what your talking about when you say "slider", am I right?

If you moved it because you did some bolt on upgrades you need to tell us what you did. What mods do you have on your blaster?

Then that will give us a better starting point to start helping you out.

nope i didnt touch anything there, but when i took my carb out for the first time, i unscrewed the bolt on top of the tors, then tightened it back up and then just unscrewed the carb out of the tors since and left it hanging there until i got the new pipe installed and jets in, but does the needle look to high up or normal, i didnt unscrew anything in the slider e.c.t

ok so today i took another look, and you know on the top left side of the tors, if you take the rubber plug out there is a bolt, and that is tightened all the way but i can push the throttle cable in and out by a cm, i turned that lil flat head screw on top, left about at least 30 times and it looked like the slider went down by a bit and felt more heavier, any body know what is the problem? and which way do i turn that flat head on top of the tors to lower the slider? Thanks

ok, so i kept on turning it right for about 10 minuites and it does nothing, then i used a high powered drill, and prob did it 40 times and still did not tighten, it will just keep on turning and turning, i took the cage off and everything looks fine, should i remove my tors?

ok, this may sound dumb, but happened to me today, i was riding and it just kept reving higher and higher, is the top cap on your carbtight?, mine backed off from vibration and madethe slide move up, its the first time it has happened to me, so check that and make sure its on there tight

ok, there's def something wrong w/ your throttle assembly.
the tors piece.
i think you need to disassemble it and make sure everything is in there properly. look in the service manual posted in the diy section for instructions.
the flathead screw (that you can get to by removing the seat) controls the amount that the slide can fall down into the emulsion tube. turning it clockwise increases idle speed, counterclockwise decreases idle speed.
