Unholy OLY!!
I have just gotten done rebuilding a 91 blaster and everything seemed fine, startup was beautiful idle was real nice once warmed up.... but I went to test ride it and I pulled the clutch and it sounded like it went in to gear but would not go. I tried tightening the cable up by the handle but after several tries the last tighten got some results... it killed the bike when I let off. It basically acts like the clutch is slipping but it worked fine before, so I thought it might be compression... took off the stator cover so i could see the movement and with the bike off i locked it in gear and the crank moved a pinch and then stopped while the bike kept rolling easily. so i knew its not compression. I fiddled with the clutch lever to see if it was getting a full swing when i pulled the handle and it was. So is it the clutch im dealing with and what could i do to troubleshoot or fix it? Thanx -Reg:-/

makes sure that the little arroe on the clutch arm lines up with the little staright mark on the case, u can adjust that buy the screw on the pressure plate

thanks for the help big dog! Any pics by chance of the line im supposed to line up with, if not thats cool but it would help. thanx -Reg
