Is it possible? paint stock suspension?

Hi all.

I am considering to completely change the look of my blaster.

i have an 05 SE in black with red frame and shocks.


I want to paint the frame white and platics blue/white...


Now in order to do that and make it look good! .. I would need to paint the springs on the shocks..

First Q:

Can i seperate the springs from the shocks itself ? (the easy way! painting)


Is it possible to paint them at all ?

it is possible to paint them but i dont know if you can take the springs off on stock

I want to make frame and springs the white color new Audi and BMW´s have!..

And the plastics white and blue

powdercoating is much stronger than paint...for the record..i posted in your other thread about this, so i hope to see this in the future.....

I have 3 sets of stock springs off. Yes you can take them off. Its kinda sketchy to get them back on without scratching them...

I have powdercoated several sets with great success... Holds up much better than paint.
