intake boot problem

ok i just tried to put the intake boot on that i got from scottyj and i put it on and i cant get the carb in it any ideas

what kind of carb? stock? did you loosen the clamp before attempting this?

yup tried loosenin it and its a stock carb

well you said it's 30deg outside so the rubber will get hard. warm it up with a hairdryer or something to make the rubber soft again

ok ill try it ill just use the heat gun we have laying around because i dont want my mom bitching at me for using her hairdrier to hear the boot up
