would you guys reccomend the IMS 4 gallon gas tank? seems like a little too much for just a gas tank

yeahh lol its just like 200 bucks and i dont know if i will ever do rides that long anyways

i would never get one of them personally because a stock gastank is fine,i have a clear tubing hooked up to my gas tank to the carbuerator so i know when its getting low and when it runs out i just switch it to reserve and go back and get more gas. if u put 4 gal on a blaster it will be heavier.

and there is a hidden tanker in my friends private trail that has my race gas in it, and he has unleaded in his barell.i have used it rarely when i ran out fp gas completely.

yea but when ur 30 milies into the woods u cant just refill..... think ok u gain 5lbs but ur f*cking stuk in the middle of nowhere

you can also buy an aftermarket grab bar that has a place for a two gallon tank.

easy to put on if you decide to go for a long ride. easy to put stock back on if you change your mind....

i wouldn't add a bigger tank unless you are racing a long hare scramble... and man, i think that would suck on a blaster anyway...ha.

just a cheaper thought.

Only get one if your serious about racing x-country or othe long races.

Just a side note, its kinda crazy and dangerouse but Ive read about this procedure of sealing off all openings having a air compressor nozzel attaced to the gas cap, then heating the tank (empty and washed out first) with a heat gun, after that pumping the tank with compressed air. This gave the guy some extra room for gas, I cant remember how much though.

I would not reccomend doing this. Matter of fact Ill say DONT DO this.

IT was just an interesting story I thought I would share.

ha ha ha lol i would never do that becuz only thing that has been ran in my tank is VP110 octane race gas which would probably blow the f*ck up
