ive got an 88 blaster that wont start. It ran before up until I parked it for a few weeks and didnt use it. Now it wont start. Im thinking that my spark is weak because i know i have compression and I have fuel, and i looks at the spark which i believe should be a nice strong looking thick blue spark and i can barely see it.
My coil looks reallllly old and the wires have 2 or 3 splices in them which also gives me very little to work with.
But could it also be the stator? I only had 2 bolts in the cover, thats how i bought it but if that got dirty or is going out could that cause a bad spark?
