How about a graphics kit, as mentioned above, or perhaps some nice new handlebar grips? Grips are not only functional, but they help with looks, too. You could compliment them with a new handlebar pad and still have a few bucks left over.

look on ebay for a cheap aftermarket bumper or grab bar

If hand guards get Maier Dirtbike Handguards that will connect to the handle bars by the gribs on the outside. You will have to cut the right one in order to make it fit, but those things are nearly indestructable. I've had my quad on its side a few times, my dad has tumbled his down multiple hills and my brother has them on his dirtbike, they seriously do not break.

a used silencer. to make something look better it usually helps to simplify. imo, a blaster with no light and shaved fenders looks 10X better
