I currently had some porting done on my head not when I barely hit the throttle it's like wide open and when I push it all the way in it bogs out. Not enough fuel air? Do I need to rejet my carb? Any help would be appreciated

YES !! Any time you change how the air goes in or out of the cylinder you have to adjust the jetting.
List up ALL your mods and we'll get you a starting point.

BTW, you port the cylinder, not the head.

Only mods in it now is a hot rods ck144 crank namura high compression piston vitos thin head gasket .20 shaved off head and a little porting done inside head where the plug area is

No mention of pipe, air filter set up, carb.
Have you done a compression test?
Two things that !may be off. To much compression for fuel and to tight of squish, which causes all kinds of weird problems.
Don't recall what the safe amount is safe to mill, but .020 plus the .015 (or so) that the gasket is thinner is quite a bit.

The filter is a uni red with letters not shure exactly. It has a real thigh squish. I do remember that.

Just discovered the high temp coupler has a massive hole in it form my ham hands overtightning it almost cut it in half will that cause part of my throttle issue? I was thinking or dropping a notch on the needle right now I have the mix screw .75turns out it supposed to be 1-1-1/2 And my throttle cable is broken and has play where the ajuster nut it on the throttle box

If throttle cable is shot just get a TORS elimination kit with cable and cap etc.
The coupler leaking shouldn't have that effect.
When tuning it's better to try richer FIRST !! RICH DON'T FRY YOUR SHIZZ !!

Still no mention of what pipe you have, what jets in it now, lid or snorkle or not.
Tors and parking brake disco'd?

Have you ever done a leakdown test after you put it together?
