i have my current mods and was wondering about some good effective upgrades

hey i have a 97 yamaha blaster with
fmf glod series SST fatty pipe with
FMF Powercore 2 Silencer
280 main jet in carb
DG grab bar
Tusk Nerf Bars
oil injection block off kit installed
K&N airfileter with outerwears pre filter with open airbox

also wanted your opinion on the mods im getting
2.5 inch wheel spacers front and rear
aftermarket aluminum swing arm skidplate
22 inch kenda bear claw rear tires
Boyeson reeds

You have some motor mod's. The next upgrade should be shocks and brakes. It will make a nice improvement .

ok what brand or typeof brakes and also opinions on 240 big bore kit?

For brake upgrades on front, you can get a set of Norman420 spindles and bolt on Banshee or Warrior front brakes. As for the rear, Awk makes a nice GSXR street bike rear brake kit. As for the 240, alot of people are staying away from them do to questionable future averability of pistons for the big bore kit.

For shocks, use front Banshee shocks up front. For the rear , you can use the rear 400ex shock out back with the O'Conner bushings.

240 pistons arent all that great unless you buy the superstock +5 hp pistons to replace the bad vito's pistons but for $500 I'd rather get the +3 stroker for $160. As for reeds get the power series$36 or pro series reeds $54 and whatever dakotademon7 said as well.
