I currently have some 20-11-8 Tires on the back of my 2004 Blaster. Since i havent taken off the tires from the rims I just measured both sides of the rims and it measures 9" across.. I am wanting to run some Maxxis Razr 18-10-8 and was wondering if they would fit. I recently bought the four wheeler and it came with after wheels and tires. the rims are douglas wheels.

Thanks for any advice i can get.

20 is good for all around ridding. If you want to stick with 18, you can jump up to a 14 tooth front sproket to help out with your top speed.

Most of the 8" rims are 8" wide anyway. The 9-10" wide tire seat great on the 8" rims and provide a little curve to the tread when you pump them up to the correct pressure.

Dakota's right. 18" tires leave you about 4" of ground clearance between the brake disc and ground. Unless you are Mx'ing, it's generally not enough ground clearance. If you trail ride, the 20's give you another inch and generally take up more bumps (more sidewall).

I am rite because I learn from good people like you.

My blasty HAD 18's on it when I got it.... they hit the dumpster with a quickness and I put some 20's on it. I trail ride, screw around in the yard, do some light playing around on Mx tracks. Mainly, I don't want to drag every single bump of mud I can find when I'm trail riding. It's bad enough being a blaster... a blaster with 18's on it just REDICULOUS!
