How to install nerfs and air scoops

so i have had my blaster for 9 years.. its a 03 and i got it late 03 used.. I have bought Nerf Bars off ebay a few years ago but need someone who has them to show me how they are installed on there blaster.. And i bought these air scoops last year and i cant figure out how to install them..

The nerf bars are graydon proline.. I dont have the center bar that bolts to the frame and the front of the nerfs bolt to but i have pipe that im going to use to make that.. i cant seem to figure out how they bolt to the pegs.. do i need to drill holes into the pegs? or do i need to redrill new holes in the nerf mounting tab and into the peg? whats the spacing from the peg to the nerf?

Also I dont know the brand of scoops but i dont think i can use both.. I have a right hand pipe that i dont know the brand of and the scoop will hit the pipe.. so i can only run one..

I have a pic of the pipe if anyone can tell me which one it is..

The brackets on the nerfs will (should) bolt to the pegs, don't know if in front or behind. When you decide on length of center pipe loosly assemble unit and mark (or tack) 2 pieces of angle iron or sheet brackets which will be drilled for U-bolts that fit around frame tubes. Loosly attach U-bolts then mark/drill holes for tubing connector bolts.
