I just rebuilt my whole motor and was wondering if I was bored .30 or .40. I think the stock size is 66mm and I had to go with 67.5 so what would that make it?

every .5mm is .020 inch
So you would be at .060 with 67.5
a .60 over would be your big bores (no you cant bore them that big without a sleeve)

Thank you. That sounds about right. I know the kid I bought it from rebuilt it once and when I got it the sleeve was pretty beat up so they had to take quite a bit off. I didn't get the measurments of the first bore though
