how can you tell if your motor is bored or has a 240 kit without tearing down the motor, beacuse my blaster is super quick compared to another guys that i kno .

I was just wondering the same thing...the kid i bought mine from said its bored....but then i kept thinkin it was stock....but now after racing mr i kept up for a while...idk

to the trained eye theres a way to tell the vitos kit apart from stock jug on the outside by looking at it ,now if its a pressed in sleeved big bore youd need to tear it apart and check out the bore diameter

All you really need is to remove the head the top six bolts. I would pop out the reed cage and look for any porting or maybe spot a forged piston.

thank you denny, i couldve sworn the vitos kit looked a little diffrent than the stock jugI:I

Easiest way to tell if its ported would be to pull the reed cage. The center port bridge is really big and square, it its ported it will look sharpened up. Measure across the piston sleeve with the piston down inside the sleeve the piston 66.00 is stock if its 72.00 its a 240. Anything in between has been bored. You need some calipers, or you could use even a tape measure, just less accurate.

yeah just take the head off it will give you a chance to look at the cylinder condition and see what piston you have
