I would have to know the type of goodies you have before I could make an educated guess. One of my Blasters is basically stock and when I put an exhaust on along with a k&n w/outerwear I am going to put on an EHS airbox lid and re-jet. If the stock carb is too restrictive I am going to put on a 28mm pkw and see what happens. If it is still too restrictive I will get it taper bored. All of my buddies on banshees run stock 26mm through a stock 28mm to a taper bored 28mm. They range in hp from @60-80 whp and I can't imagine that a blaster would need much more than a bored and stroked banshee. Look at my signature and you will see what Angus @ Kennedy Powersports is going to do to my Blaster's engine. Heavily modded it is only using a 35mm which seems to be about the tops for most people. Just my .02 hope it helps- but a bigger carb will help with your top-end power, I just would not go too big.
