ok so i was on bf and all of a sudden a hear screeeech!! bang, i look out my window there is a car slidding sideways, and there is a train in the middle of the road, the train clipped the back half of the car, spun it around, bent the frame, and broke 4 windows, it was an astro van, damn i wish i could get pics, but the cops said no there not alowing it, WTF?X(

anyways everyone is ok and the total weight the train is carrying is 550 tons, plug 150 tons for the engine, now why the fruck would you try and beat a train????

seems pretty fast , generally the NTSB is onsite for vehicle/train accidents because they involve Federal Right of Way land . The picture Taking Process is generally a ordeal in itself .

dude the train was going 7mph is crack the windshield, passenger side door sliding door window, and rear passenger side window, just cracked em and bent the frame, nothing really hit the ground sept tail light.

In all cases the train has the right of way because the crossbucks are a yield sign ALWAYS.

Also, if the train has no major damage (which they hardly ever do) all that has to happen is the conductor has to walk around the entire train and inspect each truck for damage. Once they've looked under the entire train, they're allowed to reset the emergency stop and continue on their way.

yea the van drove away, the cop got a report, from both that took like 5 mins
and it was all over, i was just excided when it happened sorry abou the title tho
