It seems like to me that on an extended wide open run, I may be emptying the bowl on my 36mm Keihin carb.

Anyone run into this problem on a highly modified blaster??

Links for high flow petcocks for the blaster would be great. I've done some searching but haven't really found just what i'm looking for..

There is no reason to spend good money on this. The stock petcock will never starve the carb on any blaster running gasoline.

But the decision is up to you.

Is this really true ??

It sure does act like its running out of fuel. I was wondering if anyone has ran into this problem personally so I wouldn't be wasting my time. The fact that there is an upgrade leads me to believe that an upgrade was needed along the line for some reason..

Thanks for the link!! I:I

people who use high flow petcocks on blasters are running alcohol.

you will never starve the carb for fuel as long as you are running gasoline.

as for it acting like it's starving for fuel on the top end,it sounds like you need a bigger main jet.

This is why I drilled my petcot :)

There is no official size. All my jets were custom drilled for me by RDZ. It should be somewhere between a 600 and 700. My motor will run without a main jet even installed :)
