Wassup i am about to get my first atv a 2001 blaster it needs an engine rebuild but it was free. any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. hope this forum helps a lot

howdy!!! welcome to the 2 stroke addiction!!! start by gettign it running, then look for upgrades to suit you. blasters are like the honda civic of ATV's. theres 1000000000000 diffrent parts and opinions on how to modify it.

you can get 2 types of K7N filters for your blaster. one is like a stock add on that attaches to the stock intake hose. the second would be like a cone style that clamps stright to your carb.

cool thanks for the info d.jackson as for riding spots ron i like the coal hills of treverton there is also a few trails around there but im not to familiar with them my friend says its good riding but havent been yet i think theres also a track in the same area iknow of a few back woods trails and a track about 15 min from me but probably wont be out for a while my brother broke his arm riding there and i never ride alone hope that gives you some new spots depending on where you are though treverton may be alittle far but would make a good weekend trip
