Yep, it's pretty long compared to the norm. It gets it's getupngo from a bridge ported, turbocharged 13B mazda rotary. Approx 300hp on race fuel. BTW, the whole thing only weighs 850 lbs. The whole thing is aluminum!
sweet, lookin forward to some more vids.
the hillclimb one was cool, gotta get a little closer to the action though
That thing is sweet ! You will have a very hard time finding a Quad to compete with that.
that boat sounds nasty !!!!!
I blew the engine last year due to the oil pump pick-up coming off.
Looks like some nice toys there. In your case boat stands for break out another ten thousand.lol You will love the blaster as it will not take as much money as those two toys.Looks like hella fun!!!Those mazda rotaries get up and go also.Theres one in a rail that races by me.Goes pretty darn dood.
same reason i rebuilt my first engine back in the mid 80's....396/402 big block chevy in my '71 monte carlo.
i caught a valve/lifter noise on uphill runs only ?.
bought everything to do a full rebuild including all new bearings, rings, crane cam, zoom advanced timing set, eldebrock intake, MSD ignition/distributor and holley carb.
when i pulled the motor and spun it on the stand i heard a strange clunk, pulled the oil pan to find the oil pickup off the pump. (is this a GM thing ? )
proceeded with the rebuild anyway, the parts were sitting there.
included 2 drilled/tapped/loc-tite allen set screws to hold the pick-up to the new oil pump. I:I
