Let me start by saying im sorry for neglecting my blaster for so long.
Ok now that's out of the way... I bought my blaster in feb. and it ran pretty good for a few months. only real problem was it would not idle and it has no rear brakes. Now it stopped running all of the sudden and i parked it in my barn. I have done a little bit to it here and there but it will not run now.
Im just looking for some motivation and help to get it running again so. I need to check spark first then make sure carb is clean.
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you! I:I

Maybe some symptoms, what happens when it "died". Was it running then just stopped. Did u park it a while. And I wouldn't start after that's.

What " little things" did you do to it.

Maybe check the spark and do a compression test.

Going to need a little more info. To help ya.

Alright. So nothing went wrong before it say two days... You keep it in a barn?

Did a mouse or something else make a nest in your exhaust.

Apparently it's surprisingly common.

Did u check for spark, compression, or leak test it?

yes i keep it in my barn
i don't think a mouse did lol. i checked for spark at one time and i think it had it but that was a while ago. i will have more time to work on it tomorrow i just wanted to get a few suggestions before i started

As gb said you need to check for spark. I would do the following in this order.
- new spark plug
- check for spark
- drain old fuel and refill with new
- compression test
- clean air filter
- clean carb
- leak test
- inspect reeds

Clean airfilter and let it dry

THEN start it.... do not try starting it until you know more things about the problemo...

If its an air leak, it could wreck it more

On the last one make sure if you take the reed cage off that you don't warp the cage when putting back on.

There notorious for warping, as well as not sealing properly.

ALWAYS leak test after the cage is off.

Its really common for them to leak.

Hey look: the guy that criticized me for recommending frequent maintenance is back with a messed up machine, there's a shocker.

Hopefully lesson learned. Maintenance is key.

Anyways glad you got spark. What was preventing spark, Or you just tested it and it had spark

Is it a strong spark?

why u mad bro?
frequent maintenance is not bad but there is a reason they sell recycled oil now. people change it too often. lol. :D (sarcasm in case you do not get it)
my blaster is messed up because i bought it with some problems. just haven't had time to deal with it. life gets busy.

it has spark. im not a pro at this stuff so it seems enough of a spark for me.
How big is the spark supposed to be?
