I know this is a blaster forum but i have a kawasaki trike. My tires both have holes in them. There size is 22x11x8. Will 22x12x8 fit on the rim. thanks

I have 22x12.5x9 on 9"wide stock yammies on the Wrrior.

BTW, we do have a section for other Yammies, Honda, Zuki, Kawis, and all others section. Scroll down the forums page.

You might need a bead blast..like an auto shop to blast the bead on..there always gonna be loose until you set the bead...if the tire size is correct to the room size they will fit...I've done thousands upon thousands of tires.on cars and on bikes.(used to be the tire guy in the shops when i was a youngster, still do them as long as it's not a truck tire) some can be a real pain in the @$$'''but keep with it nu will get it.I'm assuming your going this on your own...if you take the valve stem out it will let the site go in a little faster.our just take them to n auto shop n they will set the bead for ya...there is n old trick with a flamable liquid to set a bead and I've done it plenty of times but, but I'm not going to tell you that one.things could go bad...so just go to a local so shop and all them to set the bead.also ask them to put bead sealer.it will deal the bead and you will have a les likely chance for a leak..., but down the road there going to be harder to get off...

It is already at a tire shop. I thought they would fit. 50 bucks down the tube. What do you think is the problem

I'm not understanding...they are 8 inch tires right? And you have 8 inch rims.they should fit.no problem.only problem i could see happening is it might be a little rough to set the bead..n they charged you50$ to just try n out two types on...i wouldn't have gave them a fine but maybe 5or10 bucks for trying.shoot even if they got them on.two car tires are like 15 each n we mounted balanced and out in New valve stem....so what did the guy at the tire shop say.??????? Was it an experienced tire guy?? Cus like i said before sometimes seting the bead on certain tires can be tricky.....and you positive the rims are 8"" and your tires are8" shoot for close to 50$ you could have sent them to me and i would have mounted them... something just isn't sounding right here..

THE TIRES THAT ARE STOCK ON MY TRIKE ARE 22x11x8. THE TIRES I BOUGHT FOR 50 BUCKS ARE 22x12x8. The rims sits loose inside the tire.

Something is really wrong, unless the tyres were stretched on removal (which is highly unlikely) 8 inch tyres WILL fit on 8 inch rims!
