The seal is metal with rubber compound molded on! When you take that out with a drywall screw two threads- pliers pull straight out, then all that is behind that is the case hole!

you definitely don't need to split the cases. if you don't feel comfortable pulling the seal like was suggested above, you can drain the transmission fluid and pull the clutch cover off in order to gain access to the shift shaft. you may be able to remove it without taking any gears or anything off but I'm not sure off the top of my head.

so what the best way to take that seal out? do u think it be better if i spit the motor?

I will add I only went in two threads with the screw then pulled straight out, popped right out.

Install, put piece of tape over the shift shaft splines, then pack the back of the seal full of grease wipe of outside edge a few drops of green/blue locktight and install with thumbs until flush with case.

im jus scared that i will mess up the case wit the screw bc there metal both side n the seal is so thin that i cant screw in to it

Seal grease! Watch these vids I think number three or four has the DIY vid of installing seal.

Simple i got a cordless screwdriver, i put the drywall screw on the seal tapped it with a hammer to put an indentation in it then just used my driver to screw it in two threads deep, i used a piece of tape at the two thread mark, and it will pull right out!
